What is Mykanjee’s service offering?
Mykanjee offers three key services-
- You can sell or buy pre-loved ethnic clothing.
- You can hire boutique services and upcycle your sarees to create a beautiful new outfit.
- You can restore your ethnic clothes to its initial glory by using dry clean services.
What is the procedure after order placement?
The order material, if any, will be collected from your home by our delivery executives. You can select the collection time that best suits your requirement. The order will be delivered to the boutiques/ dry clean services and you will receive an update upon delivery.
Can I track order processing status?
Mykanjee app will allow users to track order processing status. You can navigate to current orders, click on the order and view the status of completion as updated in real time by the boutique/ dry clean service employed.
How can I sell my preloved ethnic clothing?
Uploading your ethnic clothes for sale is a simple process. Click on the sell option and follow the simple instructions listed on the page.
You will have to upload pictures of your ethnic outfit, enter description, set price range and click upload.
Once the purchase is made, you will receive an update and the money will reach your account after 5 days of order placement.
Can an account be restricted?
If any MyKanjee account user is found violating the user agreement by uploading defective clothing for sale, using abusive language on the chat option or creating fake orders. The account will be restricted, and upon verification of any violations, the account will be terminated.
